Guaranteed Design Terms of Services
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Guaranteed Design.
Services
Guaranteed Design provides web design, graphic design, UI/UX deisgn, and related services.
- Hourly Services: Projects billed weekly based on hours worked.
- Subscription Packages: Monthly or annual subscription plans for ongoing services
billed monthly or annually in advance. Services included in subscription plans will be
outlined in the plan descriptions.
Design services include but are not limited to:

- UI/UX Design
- Wordpress Design
- Web/App Design
- Video Animation
Payment
- Hourly invoices are due upon receipt.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Guaranteed Design reserves the right to pause work on any project if payments are not received in a timely manner.
No Refunds
All services provided by Guaranteed Design are non-refundable.
Ownership
In the event of non-payment for services provided, Guaranteed Design assumes full ownership and rights to all unpaid work, including but not limited to website code, visual designs, photographs, written content, domain names, ad campaigns, and any other work products created in the course of providing services. The client agrees not to use or publish any unpaid work products without the express written consent of Guaranteed Design.
Cancellation
- Hourly Services: The client may request cancellation at any time via email or written
request. Upon cancellation,
the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of cancellation plus
any expenses incurred.
- Subscriptions: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, however, no refunds will
be provided for remaining
subscription term
Change To Terms
Guaranteed Design reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any changes via email or written notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon notification.
